Today’s sweet couple is celebrating their Engagement Session in New Orleans!!

The rich history, gorgeous architecture, amazing eats, local Jazz, home of the Mardi Gras parade, and the chicory blended coffee of Cafe du Monde (do NOT leave without trying the beignets!)
This modern day romance story features Amanda & Lamberto and it all began with the couple meeting in elementary school! Awwww!
Lamberto & I have known each other since the first grade but didn’t start dating until we were 14. We dated on and off but broke things off our Freshman year of High School. Lamberto moved to the Philippines in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina and moved back to Louisiana in 2006 because he felt in his heart that we were meant for each other. After reconnecting, we both knew that we were soul mates.
Fast forward 8 years to July of 2014, Lamberto proposed to me by recreating our first kiss. I was totally caught off guard. He had a cute banner that said “Will You Marry Me?” With candles all around & rose petals spread everywhere. It was the best moment of my life! And, all my best friends were there. This November we will say I do in New Orleans, Louisiana
For the big day we plan on keeping things traditional for the most part, but we are putting our own spin on things by honoring Lamberto’s Filipino culture during our ceremony. Our near future holds an exciting move for us, we are relocating to Texas. And of course, we plan on having a beautiful family one day! – Amanda Bride to Be
