Halloween Themed Wedding at the Greenville Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware

Tammy & Wayne were wed in a Spooktacular Halloween themed wedding at the Greenville Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware.

The ‘devil is in the details’ of this Halloween themed celebration and no grave stone was left unturned when it came to choosing the decor for the bride and grooms haunted vows.

Tammy & Wayne’s romance began in the office, but our couple’s love is anything but average!! The bride and groom are self-described ‘out of the ordinary’ and their chic & elegantly done spooktacular wedding proves that they are celebrating their love, on their own terms. The Greenville Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware plays host to the perfect venue for the couple’s theme; with wood paneling, a dimly lit mantled fireplace, and exposed brick, the venue brings an ‘old world feel’ to the Halloween nuptials.

Halloween Wedding day decor included massive amounts of romantic candlelight, a ‘trick or treat’ candy bar, Halloween themed table names (including a ‘Mr & Mrs. Bones sweetheart table for the bride and groom) spider embroidered table runners, and masquerade masks left at each table setting for the guests to wear during the reception.

All tradition was not lost as our groom, Wayne, donned a traditional Scottish kilt and his family’s tartan; later wrapping his bride in the same tartan when they hit the dance floor for their first dance as husband and wife. Their heartfelt vow ceremony ended as a bagpipe player lead them down the aisle in a recessional. Our bride and groom then went off to spend a few quiet moments together as husband and wife while Delaware Wedding Photographer Kelli Wilke Photography captured all of their intimate moments.
