Today’s Engagement Photo Session features Adrienne & Joey; their session took place at Ewing Manor, where they first met, and was shot by LeWayne Productions
It’s no secret that I often tout the amazing ways to *enjoy* your engagement as part of your journey to be wed. Why not celebrate with an engagement photo session! It’s a wonderful way to celebrate your engagement before celebrating your wedding day! I’m a huge fan of celebrating love any chance you can.
It’s also so super important to have those special moments together as a couple before the wedding planning craziness kicks into full gear.
You will love how the couple in today’s feature met, and what their engagement session meant to them:
Adrienne and Joey’s engagement session was shot on an unusually hot day in May, in Normal, Illinois at Ewing Manor, where these two fell in love.
Adrienne is a cellist, and Joey was an actor in a play hosted at the Shakepearean theater on the property. It was important to them to have their photos reflect their relationship, and I think we captured who they both truly are! – Abby from LeWayne Productions
The historic Ewing Manor was built in then 1920’s and now plays host to weddings, events, and performances.
Looking for a great way to utilize your engagement photos? Ahem, nobody said Thank You cards have to be wedding pictures!
Try these:
- Save The Date’s
- Escort Cards
- Table Numbers
- Display on your wedding website
- Create albums as gifts for your or your spouses parents
- Home Portraits or Canvases
Another great advantage of doing a pre-wedding photo session is gaining the experience of working with your photographer prior to your wedding day. Feeling comfortable with your photographer is so important in allowing them to gain insight to your couple style.
