Ashlee and William’s wedding at Studio 817 in Sacramento was a brunch wedding and it was ultra-modern, with a chic meets minimal gold vibe!

The couple’s first date was destiny! The pair originally bonded by emailing one another their favorite songs from random odd genres of music and they built a relationship over their shared interest in obscure bands.

The groom is a total jokester and Ashlee did not break her smile for one second the entire wedding day, which you’ll get to see in their fun photos below! When it came to their proposal, William had planned an elaborate fun proposal that would have them reenacting their first date, but he could tell that Ashlee knew something was up. He quickly switched it up at the last minute and decided to propose to her on a random Thursday instead!

The couples wedding day had a super fun touch, which they requested of their wedding photographer, and that was to have their first look in front of a fun muralled wall! Their photographer found a cute mural that was a five-minute walk from their wedding venue, which had a fun vibe to it. The colors of the mural also perfectly matched their wedding day color palette. They posed for their portraits in front of the mural as well as some group shots with their intimate sized wedding party who was equally excited for the couple’s big day!

After the couple said I do, they treated their guests to a brunch wedding reception. A prosecco bar and a waffle bar was set up and ready for family and friends to feast on.

When it was time to say goodbye, guests showered the bride and groom in a sunny confetti exit to wish them well as they embarked on life as newlyweds!
