Styled Shoot at Haue Valle in St Louis

This feature has a very special twist! A styled shoot hosted at Haue Valley in St. Louis turned into a surprise proposal of a lifetime!

Typically, a styled shoot is when a team of wedding vendors comes together to bring a themed concept to life but this time the vendors had an ulterior motive when they brought Katelyn & Colton into their styled shoots as ‘models’ secretly knowing that Colton would pop the question at the perfect moment!

Rich romantic colors provide the color palette for this styled shoot using more than 1,800 roses, peonies, dahlias, and eucalyptus stems, which were used to create a life sized wreath that was used as the backdrop when the groom-to-be dropped down on one knee.

I was completely surprised and thrilled by Colton’s proposal! Initially, I just thought we were posing for the styled shoot, but when Colton got down on one knee, I knew this was real. I was amazed at the effort that went into making our engagement so special. – Katelyn the bride-to-be

Following the proposal, the bride and groom-to-be returned to the venue site where they were joined by their closest friends and family.
